Cut the guy some slack...even if it WASN'T just a recycled, or misdated, or even incomplete review, he took the time to try and help...
there is so much garbage out there and buying aything just for the chance to check it out really bites.
Any opionon and additional information is going to be helpful.
It would be really helpful to hear more from the gy that has had his for so long....how about YOU give s the detailed review...
I would be real interested to see ANY pocket pc that would let you record phone calls, easily....although it's no difficult technical feat, there are a lot of privacy issues....deep waters for a gadget maker...minor hurdles for those so inclined.

Who does the research . . .
I have owned my I700 for 16 months and in that time I have (1) never been able to record any phone calls since this feature was disabled by either Verizon or Samsung, (2) WMPE2003 was released by Verizon & Samsung in July 2003, (3)the voice recorder has worked as designed for me without issue, (4) Verizon has carried the I600, (5) the I700 is a PDA/Phone and the I600 is a smartphone, big difference in features and use, (5) the lack of internet use while on the phone is a CDMA issue not an I700 issue (6) the headphones can be used to listen to music, not the greatest but they were free, and finally (7) the ManPurse as its known is a throw away with many excellent cases available.

Bad information
As the above response says, the information in this article is a bit wrong and out of date.One would expect this type of reporting from a site not familiar with pdas, not from a site named "PocketPC city".

Your review is poor and outdated
Your review is about a year too late. Your photo shows Sprint, and this phone is a Verizon phone. And, it currently DOES have WM2003, not 2002. Your review is dated August 2004 - did you really write it then, or in August 2003?
